Chocolate Mint Smoothie

You absolutly can't go wrong with chocolate and mint. This smoothie will kill your sweet tooth cravings without any of the guilt! It's flavored with organic caco, sweetend with dates, and even has some veggies and fruit snuck in! This is one of my favorite post workout snacks because not only is it packed with nutrients, it also has a ton of healthy fats and natural protien. It just doesn't get much better than that!

Ingredients

1 large frozen banana

2-3 tsp cacao powder

1/4 avocado

tsp chia seeds

Large handful of spinach

Handfull of cashews

3 pitted dates

Handfull of blueberries

Fresh mint to taste

Oat or nut milk of your choice

Optional- Bee pollen, collagen, cacao nibs (on top, not blended)

Directions

  1. Add everything to the blender except the avocado and fill up your liquid a little more than halfway up the container.

  2. If you're blending and it's having trouble slowly add a little more liquid until it's blendable.

  3. Add avocado and give it a quick blend to combine (I add it last because I think it gives it a weird texture if it's over blended.)
