Is there anything better than guac? No, I think not. Let's be honest though...store bought can be a little underwhelming. What's up with that smoothe stuff. I want my guac to be thick and full of avocado chunks, crunchy onions, and flavorful cilantro. So, since I never find what I want in the store I whip up my own! I feel like most people have their own guac recipe, but if you don't here's my basic recipe!
Eat it with chips, on nachos, in tacos...with a spoon! It's just that good! My favorite thing to pair this with is my fish tacos!
I really don't have much else to say about it. So, here's a pretty photo and the recipe!

Ingredients
Double as needed
1 avocado
1 lime
1-2 TBSP minced red/purple onion
1 large cloved of minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped cilantro (Less or more depending on you cilantro addiction level)
Sea salt to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Dash of cayenne pepper
1 TBSP finely chopped cucumber (optional)
I'm not giving measurments on spices because everyones taste buds are different. Part of learning how to cook is to learn to taste as you go. Start with a little seasoning. Mix everything together the use your taste buds! If it needs more salt add a little more, stir again, and repeat until it tastes exactly how you want!
Directions
Mix everything in a bowl to your desired consistancy.
Taste and add more seasoning or lime juice if needed.
Easy!
