GF Gnocchi With Rosemary Chicken

GF Gnocchi With Sage Butter Sauce. You can also use pre-made gnocchi if you need to!
For chicken breast- Brine raw chicken for at least an hr in salty cold water. Dry with paper towels and season with lemon, finely chopped rosemary, salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder.
Bake at 350 for 20 mins.

Ingredients
Gnocchi
1 1/2-2 Chicken breasts (Depending on how large the chicken is.)
1 cup chopped, already roasted asparagus
2 TBSP finely chopped rosemary
2 large cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Pinch of lemon peper
Parmasen, romano, asiago cheese blend (or your favorite cheese)
Pine nuts
Directions
Add a liberal amount of Olive Oil to pan and heat on medium high heat.
Add garlic and rosemary and stir for approx. 2-3 mins (Make sure not to burn).
Add gnocchi and let brown on both sides which will take about 10 minutes.
When gnocchi is almost done add chopped cooked chicken and asparagus- reduce heat to medium/medium low.
Let everything cook about 2-3 more minutes.
Remove from heat and add a liberal amount of cheese.
Serve topped with pine nuts and more cheese.
