Three ingredient avocado spread

My husband LOVES avocados, so I use them a lot! I originally put this on my Chili Lime Tilapia, but it really can go on almost anything, especially Mexican food. We eat the leftover sauce with chips. You can double or triple this if you need to!

Ingredients

1 avocado

1 cup (more or less to taste) cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

Pink salt to taste

Garlic powder to taste

Directions

Blend it all up in the food processor until smooth.

Tip- If you don't have a food processor, get one. It's well worth the money.

You will notice me saying "taste" a ton. I just recently discovered the importance of tasting your food as you make it. Duh, you might say, but I used to not really do it. This allows you control exactly how your dish tastes. You can never take away if you over season, but you can always add more if needed.
