Disclaimer- This is NOT healthy.
However, it has been named one of the best things I've ever made, by my husband. My husband ate two bowls of this. I put up the leftovers and walked back in the living room 20 mins later and he was eating more out of the leftover container! It's just that good! To balance this less than healthy meal the trick is to eat extra healthy for your other meals during the day and serve this with plenty of veggie sides.

Ingredients
1Lb ground beef
1/4 cup Gf panko breadcrumbs (I make my own)
2 TBSP chopped parsly
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp equal part cinnamon and ginger powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 egg
Olive oil
5 TBSP butter
3 TBSP GF flour
2 cups beef broth
1 cup half and half
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove
Lime
Extra Parsley
Directions
-Combine first 9 ingredients and mix with hands, until combined
-Roll approx. 20 meatballs
-Heat pan on medium high with a drizzle of olive oil and 1 TBSP butter to coat pan
-Add meatballs in one layer turning as they cook allowing them to brown on all sides
-Remove from pan and set aside
Tip- Don't forget to start your water for your pasta or rice
-Turn to medium heat and add minced garlic to pan that was used to cook meatballs
-Add 4 TBSP butter and flour and whisk until browned slightly
-Add beef broth and half and half
-Stir until liquid thickens then add mustard and Worcestershire and allow to simmer about 3-5 mins
Tip- The sauce needs to simmer. Turn heat down if your sauce is at a rolling boil. If it cooks too hard it will burn or the half and half will curdle.
-Add your meatballs and juice of half the lime. TASTE and add more of what you think it needs to taste better
-Turn heat to warm or all the way off and cover while you finish the rest of your meal
-If serving with pasta, add pasta to sauce and combine in pan while sauce is hot or poor over rice
-Top with extra parsley and serve!
Tip- Try to have everything done quickly so the meatballs don't over cook
I serve this with roasted asparagus and a salad
