Best Green Smoothie

I've made up my mind that I make the best smoothie. The secret is FROZEN fruit and NO ice. I use the larger cup that comes with my Ninja blender. This recipe is for one large serving, but can be shared.

Ingredients
1-2 Frozen bananas
1 cup of frozen mango
1/4-1/2 of an avocado
Handful of kale or spinach- you can't taste it!
Chia seeds or flax seeds (or both)
Half of blend cup of your favorite juice- Or to cut down on sugar almond milk, coconut water...any liquid you want but avoid regular water.
Directions
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
