Let's face it... Mayo is not good for you. But who likes a dry sandwich? Not me! This mayo can be used on sandwiches and added to other recipes like tuna or chicken salad!

As you can see from the jar, the spread browns a little when it's placed in the fridge. This happens quickly and won't hurt you or taste bad. That being said, this will keep in the fridge for about 5 days,
so don't make a huge batch at one time.
Ingredients
1 Avocado
1 heaping TBSP Greek yogurt
1/2-1 lemon juiced
Pinch of salt
Dash of white vinegar
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/4 cup olive oil or avocado oil
Directions
Pulse together in food processor. Place in a covered jar and refrigerate.
