Matcha Latte

Matcha has tremendous health benefits and is a great alternative to coffee for that 2pm drag. Matcha is packed with antioxidants, increases energy and focus, and aides in calming the mind. Coconut oil and honey boost the health benefits of this drink even more making it the perfect energy drink.

Ingredients
Approx 1/2 TBSP Matcha Green tea
1 tsp Coconut oil
1 TBSP honey
Splash of milk (dairy or your favorite non dairy)
Directions
Mix everything into warm water either in bottle with lid so you can shake or in your personal blender- vigorous mixing not only dissolves the Matcha, it also makes a nice froth when the the milk and coconut oil mix. That's it! Drink up the goodness!
If you're going to make a cold latte I would still use about 1/4 cup of hot water to dissolve honey and oil. Add your cold water and matcha and shake to combine. Last add ice and enjoy!
